Our exchange policies
Our exchange policy is 7 days. If after 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.

Late Lost or Missing shipments
Stonertees.shop or it’s subsidiaries are not responsible for late, lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages caused by your shipper choice. If this occurs please refer to your tracking information. Then contact chosen shipper to resolve issue and turn in any claims. Please contact us through information provided with order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do this to assure timely returns. After we receive item. We will ship replacement item, and refund original shipping costs only.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. At all or undamaged.
